I’ve decided to publish the meal plans that I’ve created. *Note: You’ll notice that my meal planning begins to evolve. I started small and worked my way up to more than just simple recipes. I started to shop where I had recipes with fresh produce the first week, and more frozen or spice oriented the second week. I also began to cut back red meats to two days a week rather than almost every night. You may continue to notice more changes as I go along too!
